Well hes a long name player then
Disagree Robbing. Not saying I am right but my very strong opinion is that Dele is worth alot of money. He is still extremely young and just because he hasnt been in form for abit doesn't take the talent away from him. He's clearly a talented player who could play for some tops sides.
He's 24. Tbf I was never a huge fan but he did try stuff that came off for a bit. His movement is VERY good in the box but he doesnt protect the ball well, doesn't really have a position and I feel Spurs would be doing well to get £40m for him.

70M for AlliPure fantasy even before Covid crashed the market. 35M would be a very good fee now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Easily £70m +. Easy to laugh at the figure mentioned but just because slating Dele is the "in" thing at the moment doesn't mean he doesn't have value. We would be getting more than £70m for him even if he is out of form. He has shown he has class and is still extremely young. His stats alone are up there with the best at his age.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spurs fans need to forget his stats, over the last three seasons they're OK, nothing more.
To think we'd get £70m for him nowadays is laughable. Which club with that sort of money somebody who's been as average as he has so badly?

I'd be absolutely fuming if we sold him for £40m. Double that and I think we would be in the right area, give or take £10m either side.
Doubt we will be selling him any time soon though.
Which club with that sort of money would spend £70m on somebody who's performed so averagely for more than two seasons now?*

Yea, forget stats and listen to my opinion. Because with stats it means nothing
Stats are stats but if you are a scout and you have seen Dele play over the last year it laughable to say he is worth £70m. Unless you are one of our scouts and decided to folk out that much on Tanguy LOL.
Transfer market rate him at €64m. Alot closer to my £70m than your £30m

The player still has 10 years left of his career. Has shown he can be world class. Yet you judge him a year of poor form, forgetting his ability and talent.
Would easily reach £70m+ in the market. You lot are fickle as fack.

Stats are meaningless if they've not been good for a prolonged period of time.
He's played in a poor spurs side over the time you mention, yet still scores 1 in every 3 games. Not bad for out of form.
He's only worth what someone will pay and eith the likes of Werner, Fernandez, Pjanic, Ziyech and Sane all going for considerably less than £70m I don't see any football club paying that for Alli.
The thing is Bake Em, I'm not even saying he's worth peanuts. £30m - £40m is probably about right due to his age, nationality and reputation.
£70m is a huge fee, especially when you take the Covid affect into account.

OK, the "covid effect" is a fair arguement. But apart form that I don't see any other reason why he goes for £35m. And for that reason we wouldn't seel for that price anyway.
Robbing, the comparisons with other players is fair but I always feel Spurs get the most possible for their players when selling a relatively big name.
4-5 years ago, for me, he was a £100m player - incredibly rare for a player of his age to have such an explosive start to a top-flight career, and even rarer to do it from a lower league team (off the top of my head, I can't think of anyone else over the past 20-30 years).
But he's had a pretty rough 3 years, and very much seems to have gone backwards. If you had sold him at 21, the assumption would be that he improves; sell him now, as a 24 year old, and a buyer may assume that he's as good as he ever will be.
In terms of public perception, rightly or wrongly, he is currently miles behind rashford, and there are plenty of united fans who still want to see a big improvement from him. But Dele, as one shocking stat for a goalscoring midfielder, has fewer international goals than lingard.
So who is buying him for £70m+? United, City and chelsea don't need him; arsenal presumably can't have him; and liverpool would have spent £50m on Werner before spending £70m on Alli. So you're then down to a handful of big European clubs. So £70m may be what levy would want, but it's a pretty punchy valuation.

Very selective in naming players there. One is 6 years older that him and the other 4 years older. The one 4 years older was nearing the end of his contract.
You don't seem to be willing to take things into account. I even agreed around covid. But apart from that, nothing you have said suggests to me that he is worth £30m. If we sold him for £30m then I would be confident that fans would be outraged. It just wouldn't happen.
To spurs he is worth more than £70m. If he finds his form again then, which we know he has talent, then that value rockets again.
We don`t need another pacey wide player, we need defensive players and a striker, Dele Alli is one of our most creative players so why would we sell him when our team is lacking lacking a spark in the final third.

Imagine what Dele could do playing for LIverpool, in a team of 13 men most weeks
I think we’d get around £45m/£50m for him but that’s not close to what levy would want
The same logic as selling Kane applies, Levy will demand far more than any club is willing to pay for Dele so for that reason he will almost definitely stay at Spurs.
This won’t happen will it?
Alli wouldn’t go for massive money as there won’t be many clubs, that aren’t a step down from Spurs, that would want him.
