Very good interview with Arteta. Agree with him 100%

Yea like I said Arteta always says the right things. I just wish our stingey board would facking back him
Carragher was going on about where Liverpool were when Klopp took over compared to where Arsenal were when Arteta took over but Klopp was backed by his board. Arteta is being shafted by his

Arteta having a pop at Lacazette there. Don't even have to read between the lines...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nah just saying it how it is, it was a missed chance that you only get one of and at a key moment... Certainly not Mourinho levels of hanging a player out to dry
Such a good interview with the kind of insight you crave as a fan, makes me sad that without a fairytale at some point Arteta will be the manager of another team
Thought you guys did well to stay in the game all the way through considering you were outclassed for nearly all of it.
Also, fairplay to Arteta for doing what previous Arsenal managers haven't done for years in these big games for years; generally having a bit of backbone, a defensive shape that is difficult to play against.
We have often walked this fixture in the past but that was a really tough game tonight.
Signs are good for Arsenal but we were just too good tonight, a very good performance from us.
Disappointed you didn’t include this video in the OP given the name of the article, Bats.

I think he is brutally honest. And I think he is making the point that he expects more from a £185k a week striker with 2 years contract. Don't you think Laca is looking at Auba's contract and that we aren't talking to him over a new one. I am sure Laca's agent talked to Juve but they went for Morata instead. Some players need to step up especially with a future England potential sitting on the bench.
We outclassed you and Jota should had a hatrick in his 10 minute cameo. Trent against the crossbar.
You had the lacazette chance in the second half and one lucky goal in the first half.

Allison, TAA, VVD, Robertson, the front 3. They have world class players all over the pitch and a functional midfield to glue it all together. They are a machine. Pretty sure they would cope with a few injuries

They already have a few injuries...

Read the post idiot. It was all about the favorable referee handling of the game in Liverpool's favour. I support Spurs, but on this occasion I wholeheartedly agree with a Gooner, because we too have experienced this when playing your lot. Frankly it's noticeable every game.
The poster actually makes it clear your team were better, so you really don't have to go out of your way to be defensive trying to say what the poster has already agreed with.

actually cant believe it got coverage somewhere in the media despite skysport trying to pretend it didnt happen. Tide changing? nah
https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/sadio-mane-not-being-sent-22757802
the mirror actually did a good job here, calling out the corruption.
yet according to idiots on this thread, its clutching at straws
the funniest moment of the whole game was when Auba was blocked off on a counter attack = no foul. then instantly the exact same thing happened to Mane ( i think) and foul and yellow card my whole household burst into laughter
Why?!?!

But why do these refs HAVE to give them everything. Literally every 50/50 goes their way. Any debatable red is a yellow. Any debatable yellow is a talking to. A foul the opposition concedes is a foul they get away with. A potential VAR review that would be analysed to death with anyone else is complete before it starts. They are clearly the best team in the league, why do the refs have to help them?
