Does anyone think a LB was a priority?
Because I don't.

Looks like Ole is being backed a wee bit more than we feared. Would still like a CB (and Sancho but I think that’s dead in the water)

Yes because our fullbacks don’t produce any sufficient width for us.

Does a signing need to be priority to be exciting?

And you've got Bailly in the team

Eds got £91 million in the bank to spend.

Who's next?

No I don’t

A CB and a defensive mid would be my priorities

Not fussed about a CB if (big if) Bailly and Tuanzebe stay fit

Not a priority, but certainly on the list. Shaw offers little going forwards and is guaranteed an injury at some point, and Williams' attacking play at the youth levels hasn't transposed so well to senior football.

An attacking LB who can bring natural width and a better end product I think is a welcome addition to the squad.

Especially since it’s looking like Sancho isn’t gonna happen either. Have people seen Shaw and AWB as they cross the halfway line ffs

Big if, but if Bailly stays fit enough to start 30+ league games does that count as almost a new CB? And is he good enough to get us to the level we need to be?

I no nothing about him, so am looking forward to seeing him. But I think our main target was a RW because we haven't got one.

I thought Telles was 27 but according to Wiki he’s only 23

Shaw had a decent understanding with Rashford at times last season, looked quite promising for a while

------------------------------------------

Of course they provide width, it's their end product that's the issue.

Right sided attacking player that can beat a man and get 10+ goals a season is still what we need to be competitive. Mason can’t do it all by himself. James is useless and Jesse has lost his way

He is 27.

We’re gonna see what two very attacking full backs can do today. Hope Shaw and AWB are on their game.

Still think we might see Beekers, Telles, Cavani and Sancho signed, this summer.

If Sky Germany are right then we've just ended up paying what Porto wanted in the first place for Telles, again.

People are so quick to believe the negative.

May we be true, may well be nonsense.

😂 Which means a £108 million bid for Sancho will go in tomorrow
