Ed's life matters

All.lives matter
Hasn’t an issue with Ed having any sort of relationship with the manager that his office is in London? Whereas Ferguson and Gill had offices next door to each other and spoke in person nearly every day.
If these problems only happened in 1 or 2 seasons then maybe there’s be a valid point but this is his 8th summer and again he looks to be out of his depth.
Fock the pug looking focker. The club should send him to Matth's farm and find a new CEO

Save our full stops.
maybe gill wanted that kind of relationship with fergie which is why it was so successful
id guess Ed doesnt want it that way.. hence every manager failing
It's a multitude of things throughout the club and it starts from the very top.

Not disagreeing but do you think a top manager would also help Ed learn?
It's a two way process
Ole is the glue holding United together. Ed is the issue, he doesn't back the manager so this is what happens. It wouldn't matter if Pep or Klopp were in charge, they wouldn't do better than Ole has.
From top to the bottom we don’t have the best people to do the jobs for a club like United
That goes all the way down from Ed to the players

From what I understand Poch, and no I'm not doing a robb, had good relationships with people at his clubs. Didn't mean he wasn't moved on or left.
LVG got example seemed to be ok with Ed and tbf he got money but wasn't going anywhere so let go
Jose seemed to have it too but imploded
Can we put that on Ed

How does he not back the manager?
Coz he won't spend 108m on Sancho? Of yes I actually agree with Ed

Utter nonsense
LVG has public ally slammed Ed, pretty sure Moyes and Jose have too. If he’s failed to work with 4 managers now you’d think maybe the problem is more Ed than all these managers.

jose's post-match interviews yesterday were full of him talking about the "structure" at spurs that had allowed him to do the transfer business he wanted, seemed like a very pointed dig at his former employer.
Think there’s been a few signings you’ve done that clearly haven’t been the managers choice. The issue is they’ve been your most expensive or marquee ones at times too.

Thankfully those days are over with the signing of Cavani.
There are no excuses for Ed Woodward anymore.
Lets not pretend he knows more about how a football club should be run than LVG, Mourinho, Moyes or Ole. He's a marketing man promoted well above his station, until the bottom line is impacted he's there to stay though.
United and Arsenal both suffering from passive leech owners that are the root cause. Arsenal though have a guy who seems like he's a proper managerial talent and United have Ole.
im not actually against the signing of cavanni.
the guy will work his socks off, press from the front, bring some much needed agression and score goals if given the chance.
lets hope he can stay injury free
