I know that this news is completely irrelevant to football.
But I’m genuinely devastated. The greatest.

I’m gutted mate. A true legend.
My musical hero and despite him having been ill for a while it has knocked me for six.
A legend and innovator who changed music, never could have dreamt when I found VH in 91 that in 2020 people would accept the charts being awash with the garbage it is today.
Sad loss, cancer is a caannt
RIP

Nice one Eddie.
Always sad to see a legendary talent passing but the band that could be formed from those that have gone too soon is mouth watering.
Drums = Neil Peart
Bass = John Entwistle
Guitar = take your pick from Eddie VH, Stevie Ray Vaughan or Hendrix
Piano = John Lennon
Vocals = Freddie Mercury
Sadly there are probably plenty of other options.
Saw Van Halen supporting Black Sabbath on the Never Say Die tour mid 70s, absolutely blew Sabbath away as the support band
