Why is it sensationalism. You know Nuno’s approach to the games, you know his tactics, you know the first half will be about containing and trying to control the game, and you know if we are in front late on we will look to preserve the lead rather than go for a second. You are clearly not happy with any of that so why would you like us to keep this manager?
Yeah, Nuno has done great so not asking for his head but he isn't perfect. We and he need to evolve if we want to progress.
We are far too negative and lets be honest and something that should concern all of us is that we are more boring now than we were two years ago and actually seem to be carrying less and less goal threat.
I wonder what people think the target is this season? I have seen some mention transition and others targeting top six(me).

Simple answer. If Nuno is as good as we like to think then he will adapt as we want him to. This current style won't take us any further.

So you can't be happy and recognise faults? You have to 100% either way?
Even Nuno has said he wants to evolve the style to control more and be more possession based. I have no idea why it is so controversial to want that as well.
What I am missing is what you are happy about, I don’t see that coming out in your comments. If you are 80% content then I don’t see that balance in your comments.
And much of what you are critical of, are things I suspect won’t change much under this manager. They haven’t changed much in the last two years or so. But maybe you believe he will start playing a more open attacking game?
You would miss that though, because you only want to comment on my posts when you can disagree.
It's a results business, so far results have been good enough. I can accept the style of play while the results are there.
Ultimately I want what Nuno has said he wants; for use to control games with possession rather than without the ball. If we could be a bit more clinical that would be great too.
If you want to twist that into me wanting Nuno out, then fill your boots. Whatever makes you feel better. I could do the same about your moaning about not enough players being in the box to support Jimenez, but I won't.
U23s about to play.
Vitinha starts.
Sondergaard
Buur
Estrada
Marques
Mayounga
Bueno
Cundle
Otasowie
Vitinha
Shabani
Corbeanu
It will be interesting to hear how Vitinha and Shabani get on in that game.
My mistake tam, I asked genuine questions in the belief I might get a mature response. I’ll know better next time 👍

Of course you did.
You've literally spent the last few posts implying that I should want Nuno to leave.
To suggest we go out to win 1-0 is absolute bollox and you know it. The idea is not to lose, but right now, we're finding it difficult to score for whatever reason. Podence is doing his best, but not having much luck.
We need a more creative midfielder at the moment and maybe Nuno is working on that with Vitinha. He's only here on loan right now, so I'm sure Nuno and his staff are working with both him and Silva. It's not easy settling in a new country and even harder adjusting to the Premier League.
Nuno is trying to change his tactics, but he's doing it with the same players he's had for a while now and it'll take time for it all to gel. Plus the new players need time to adjust.
So again, some on here need to be patient and stop moaning every week.
Other than the fact our last two games finished 1-0 and in this one we scored and sat back; I agree its bollox.
The way we set up will never lead itself to more goals. Podence and Neto will score goals so that doesn't concern me, the only way our goal tally will change though is if we change the system and get something going through the center of the park.
That will mean a complete change in formation or likely dropping two of Moutinho, Neves, or Dendoncker to accommodate someone more attacking. Does anyone really think we are benching two of those three?
I don't believe that anyone on here wants Nuno out, but I think the majority would like to see a more proactive approach to our style of football.
As pointed out, the plan seems to be grab a goal then hang on and maybe get another but don't concede.
That recently has lead to late goals being scored against us when we could/should have put the game to bed.
Even against Sheffield Utd we had a fantastic start, but then decided to hang on for the rest of the game.
Lets not forget that mentality cost us European football this season.

The one against Burnley last season is the classic example. We got a bad decision, but we had just allowed the pump the ball in the box and Wood had missed an open goal just moments before.
Sheff Utd was quite bad at the end of last season too actually.
Yep, the first two that come to my mind.
Cinci...we all know you travel all over the place and have done so since you've been on here. However, have you ever visited the planet Earth?
Eh? We blew a chance of Europe because we are too negative. Hardly controversial.

You can toss in a weak bench as well if you wish. Thankfully we have a larger squad now so that excuse is no longer there.
When Fosun took over the club, we were promised a Rolls Royce in 5 to ten years.
We started off with a Fiat ( crappy)
Then we got a Vauxhall (Efficient)
Last year we got a nice Volkswagen (Classier)
This year I was hoping for a BMW ( Smart)
Looks like we have a Ford. (Efficient but dull)
I felt sick when that goal went in last night, as with the others mentioned above, that's how it affects me.
