Looking forward to this one.... I like your Mr T upfront as he is a brute. Could go either way and a draw does no one any good. Thanks your you nice comments earlier and I always have a soft spot for Palma and Maguluf...
Or Magaloof as the locals call it.

Just looking at the team of the week as selected by the clown that is Garth Crooks. The first thing I noticed was that he has picked Daniel Podence.
The second thing I noticed was that he has selected Kasper Schmeichel with the banner: "Did you know? Schmeichel has conceded just nine goals in seven Premier League games this season".
Errrm........Rui Patricio has conceded 8

Amazed Crooks is still on the payroll of the bbc. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to about him thinks he’s a pillock

Thought Boly was funny too, "92 pace, its Boly".

Looking forward to another episode featuring Saiss.

Yes.

Arguably our best back four would be: Castagne, Soyuncu, Evans and Pereira

Last night we played a back 3/5:
Fuchs, Justin and Fofana as CBs - the first 2 are full backs and Fofana is our new teenage signing.
The full backs/wing backs were - Thomas - another teenager who’s graduated from the academy and Albrighton who’s a winger.

We’d also usually play N’didi to cover the back four, but he is also out.

Despite the absences in defence we seem to be doing something right at the moment, but I’ve got no clue how we’ll play against Wolves. You’d expect a tight game

Sounds like a game to give Adama a start. That back line won't know what's hit them!

Its certainly interesting when Leeds are playing and last night was no exception, yet despite all their dashing around and pace, Vardy, probably the oldest bloke on the pitch until he was replaced by Morgan, looked by far the sharpest player. Hopefully we are starting to get some consistency now but these are always tight games and last seasons 0-0s especially so. Though VAR robbed us of points in both those in my view.

And Pedro Neto, the man who's studs were apparently in an offside position for Boly's "goal" last season has signed a new 5 year contract. Great news.

I was at our home game and Wolves were robbed by VAR with one of those ridiculously tight decisions.

It’s easy to forget, however, that VAR also disallowed a Leicester goal for off-side. It was much more obviously the right decision but, the point is, without VAR it would have stood. So with VAR it was 0-0 and without it would have been 1-1.

Actually I think a win for either team would have been undeserved on the day. Wolves were incredibly defensive and Leicester lacked any creativity so 0-0 about served themselves right.

Jota again the Champo League

Yes I'd forgotten the Leicester offside Joby, but I'm still seething about our disallowed one at our place.

Early goals flying in left right and centre in the CL tonight including one for Jota.

I can’t remember the one at your place, but it is true that it was a horrible decision in our home game. I’d have been pretty upset if it had been given against us.

But the truth is a win would have flattered either side.

Do you think Wolves miss Jota? He’s a player I liked a lot

Jota again, the man's on fire - wish we had him

posted on 3/11/20

He's just scored a second for liverpool. Do we miss him? It might sound ridiculous but I don't think we do actually, Neto, Podence and Traore fit the role better than he did last season. Had we allowed him to play more central and closer to Jimenez with more support around him maybe we would have gotten more out of him but he was too inconsistent and seemed to lose confidence for long periods last season.
