The hand of god goal obviously.

Would Argentina have won that game and gone on to win the tournament and cement Maradona as a great of the game.

Dunno about that, the fat cheat would have been booked and England wouldn't have had to chase the game.

1982 World Cup semi final German goal keeper Schumacher makes one one worst GBH fouls ever seen on French forward Battiston knocks his teeth out and puts him in a coma.

No foul given, no penalty, no red card and the Krouts win a penalty shoot out

Another good article to start the footballing day...

Ok, UTD would’ve had the Pen retaken against Arsenal cos goalie was off his line...

Spurs goal would’ve been given against Carroll...

posted on 28/11/20

worth noting that the carroll/mendes "goal" was immaterial to either team that season - united finished 3rd (19 points clear in the CL places), and spurs finished 9th (9 points adrift).

still seems to stick in some people's craws though (!)

Obviously I’m referring to the Ruud boy miss in 2004, and well, we all know what happened after that.

If it didn't cross the line it would have been a pen and red card.

Spurs maybe wouldn’t have beaten Nottingham in the FA Cup final as Gazza should’ve been sent off

Liverpool Arsenal 2001 FA cup final when Henry had a shot saved on the line in first 15 mins by a Liverpool defender.Liverpool would have been down to 10 men with a pen against them.

We football fans would’ve been spared the cowardly go to line from Wenger.. ‘I didn’t see it”

Nah it wouldn't be as fun if it was officially confirmed as a goal.
