Tim Minchin is an Aussie I thought?
Well.it says he was born in Northampton 'Beyond that I know nowt?
Ah, it says that he was raised in Perth, so I thought Scotland
I've watched his stand-up shows - never knew he was originally born here!
He looks Australian anyway
Does he wear crocodile shoes. And a hat with corks hanging from it?
Anyway he looks a Northants lad to me
They talk funny in Northampton as well ?
He definitely sounds like an Aussie
He was brought up in Perth, amazing how he lost that Scots accent.
He was on breakfast tv last week, live from Australia.
He is not related to Louise Minchin. His kids are Australian.
Nonetheless he was born in Northampton so is British, in fact English, Hurrah
Cheers OP, he’s like me. A half breed Australian/British person. Very entertaining too 😉. I haven’t been to Kangaroo Valley, but I’m sure I’ll get around to it. So many places to explore. The Blue Mountains are exceptional. Somewhere everyone needs to go at some point. When all this is over the doors will open to the world and I’m everyone will be desperate to see the world again.
Kangaroo Valley, sounds interesting
What’s to see there?
Apparently kayaking is the thing, and what you see is nature, but what you hear is a nonstop cacaphony of birdsong.

Ignore MU since 52. All you can view is koalas, as far as the eye can see. It's a deliberately ironic name
