Only two of those are top, top cf’s. And we won’t be signing either.
Don, yeah there are some good strikers in the prem. But others like Ings and Jimenez would cost a lot of money for players that are getting old.
DLC is probably the only one that the club would look at it the prem.

He hasn't actually played as As a CF before Zlatan or Lukaku came in. He was playing LWF before and during their time. He has only played CF when he initially arrived for a few games before being shifted to the left and then last season.

No, they weren't. They were bought to play CF, not to play there instead of Martial.
Cavani was bought into add depth and competition. Zlatan was bought in to play as first choice CF instead of Rashford (who was the first choice at CF before Zlatan came). Lukaku was bought in to replace Zlatan. By that time both Rashford and Martial were playing on the left. Lukaku had also went couple of weeks without scoring in his first season and was gash in his second.
Martial was playing LWF before Zlatan arrived and also before Lukaku did. Even under Solskjaer when he was caretaker manager and then given the job permanently, Rashford was initially CF and Martial LWF. It was last season that he played CF since his first few appearances as a CF at United. He was better as a CF last season than Lukaku was in his last season with us. Lukaku was good in patches but overall didn't contribute enough to the side to play as a CF as we needed him and his all round game was poor.
Martial has been poor this season. He is inconsistent and may not be the solution there, but let's not rewrite history to try an make a point.
