Just have to take one game at a time.

Hoping for a good draw in the FA Cup.

Spurs have played plenty of teams off the park in the past and lost, so swings and roundabouts.

Morning Sandy.

Thats a cracking set of results for Nov and its great to still be top of the table however I thought yesterdays performance was a bit underwhelming.

Don't get me wrong its a perfectly reasonable result but the failure to carve out one decent chance for Kane or Son in a situation where home advantage is mostly lost was disappointing.

I expected Chelsea to have plenty of the ball but I thought we'd create more chances than we did on the break. It must have been an absolute stinker for a neutral to watch.

Fair play to Rodon debuts don't get much tougher than that and he probably earnt the luck he got at the end when his mistake put Giroud in. Sanchez must have been thinking that if he'd made that mistake Chelsea would of scored.

Morning

Sandy, we are just a pony in the title race like Jose said

Though Jose is now saying that we are in the title race, which is more than what he was saying last week!

Hats off to Chelsea and Fat Frank. They changed their games and showed us a lot of respect yesterday.

They made it harder to get at them by being tight at the back and not the usual gung ho approach.

So here we are, embarking on our toughest run, and we have played 2 of the most difficult sides in the league, one of which is I would call the real rivals, and yet we have 4 points on the board, no goals conceded!
Onwards and upwards, that's what I say!

Love the enthusiasm mate but you seem to view every game as “very winnable”

Aiming for Top 4 right now should be our priority, its defo a funky season so anything is possible but I fear you are setting yourself up for a fall if you think a team with the likes of Dier, Aurier, Sissoko, Rodon, Bergwijn is just gonna march to a premier league crown

One game at a time..... I’ll be more than happy if we are still in the top 4 in March and still battling away in the cups...... Far too early to be looking months ahead..... Let’s just beat Arsenal and go from there

I was disappointed with Rodon. Did some things well, but about also allowed about 5 scoring chances. Fingers crossed, but not a great start I didn't think.

Let’s keep feet on the ground, we have to beat the Gooners next weekend as any dropped points in that one will be hard to take given how shiiite they are.

I’m not worried about the lack of chances yesterday and would accept the exact same outcome at Anfield and the Etihad this season. You will never lose a title by only getting a draw at Stamford Bridge, point gained I think.

1 goal conceded in 5 prem games since West Ham and that 1 goal should have been ruled out. Jose has that shiiiit eating grin on, he knows.

You must be blind mate
The kid was very good and has all the attributes to become a very good CB.
He was playing against World class, and I mean World class player Werner. Werner movements would make a seasoned pro struggle so what Rodon did was staggering.
He made two mistakes which I call them lack of experience mistakes.
Mistake 1 is if you're going to shimmy one way and go the other, make sure you're strong and the ball is very close to you. He tried that and Werner just barge him out of the ball.
Secondly, if you're in doubt, kick it out. He tried to head the ball back to Lloris while his body is going back! I think if you watch the replay you can see Dier telling him to kick it out.

Other than these two errors, he did well. Two crosses from the right he dealt with fine when Abraham was at the end of them.

He was very decent and can only get better. You can see Jose is gutted that he can't play him in the Uefa games, to give him maximum exposure to the games.

Good job young man!

I agree mate to a certain extent. I am sure had Spurs just been a bit more on the front foot, they would have won yesterday. Chelsea offered very little threat, although having a lot of the ball. Both goalies only had to make one decent save each.

Nevertheless, a decent point at the end of the day.

Some fans love the firework, like seeing 6-1 games.

The second half yesterday was enjoyable to me.

It was like a chess game, and every player knew what they had to do and kept the discipline.

It was a game of mutual respects. Two in-form teams cancelling each other out.

This was on Chelsea's path a well.

Very intense and really a high calibre game.

Did he do anything with the ball? If the forward gets in front, you make sure he doesn't get time on the ball, if you look at Rodon, he went in with Abraham, bear in mind, Rodon was also keeping an eye on Werner behind him

Watch Toby. Sometimes the striker will get there before him then he just makes sure he doesn't give him time on the ball.

I wouldn`t say Spurs were lucky, Chelsea had one got effort saved by Lloris. Spurs had one got shot saved by the Chelsea goalie. A few high balls into the box, doesn`t make Spurs lucky.

I never thought Chelsea would score for all their possession.

Even Fat Frank admitted to such and he said he was disappointed with that.

Hugo could have had a cuppa and a cake for all he cared.
Other than that shot from Mason, he was really watching the boys mop up in front of him.

The defense along with the defensive midfield partnership of PEH and Sissoko is what is making us a tough side to play against and then we have speedy players like Reguilon and Son!

good first half display imo but shocking 2nd really. However Chelsea relied so much on crosses in the box for chances and only had 3 shots on target, XG of like 1 i think. On the balance of play you'd think they were all over us and peppering the goal with chances, but that wasnt the case. We also looked more likely to score first half.

People slag of the style of play but in these matches i dont get to worked up about it cause they have a lot of dangerous players, and you see Jose doing this after the West Ham and Newcastle games when we were free flowing and good to watch but in the end didnt get a good enough result. On the balance we have deserved the points total we have amassed so far and at the end of the day thats good enough to be top of the league, so happy days.

I thought Rodon was good bar 2 mistakes, however in that sort of game we really miss the Toby long balls.

also, attacking wise was where we were poor yesterday. Son and Bergwijn our two poorest players and Kane was quiet but they were good defensively and midfield.

Chelsea dropped off us and dont play that high line which we get all our glory from, we lacked another plan in attack.

Aurier was brilliant again yesterday, the competition for his place has worked wonders for him.
