Gabriel was silly with his sending off. However 7 red cards in less than 12 months points to management issues. Players have responsibility, but if structure is set properly, there would be fewer sending offs. This also points to bad recruitment, why get in players who are mentally weak?

Can see the argument there - but at the same time, who do you play instead? It shouldn't be rocket science for a player to just not grab/push at someone's head.

Even if you're not mentally right, you'd expect it to be for bad challenges rather than stupidity.

I'm not saying there's no blame on Arteta, but players do need to take some responsibility for their actions on a pitch.

The first was just a stupid challenge on half way and a bit of petulance, second one you could argue the positional side. But he also shouldn't just be grabbing at someone. Just let him go, worst case you concede from it - but it's still 11 v 11.
