Manchester United have not lost at home to Leeds in a league fixture since 1981
++
Went to this game. Sheep turned up in their 1000s. (See them all in the Scoreboard End when they scored). It kicked-off inside the ground from start to finish. Brian Flynn bagged the winner for The Lids at the death.
Happy days!

Yes, very much.....nice of you to ask!
Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming!
Tomorrow we play one of the biggest clubs in the world away in the Premier League. We've given Liverpool, Man City and Everton notice that we mean business. Chelsea were the better side on the day, but we didn't go down without a fight. All of the clubs we've faced have more expensive squads, maybe save for Fulham?
We've done amazingly well, compared with WBA and Fulham.
Could go either way tomorrow. Rashford and Fernandes are VERY good footballers and I'm not sure our defence will hold tight, but in turn, our attack might prove too much for theirs. It has all the hallmarks of an end-to-end, blink-and-you-missed-it, breathtaking battle, and I'll be so gutted if we don't come away with something...
...but whatever the result, what a great time it is to be a Leeds fan!

Have you just put the kiss of 0-0 on tomorrow’s game?
All the best lads (not really, obvs). We need the points to keep up with the dippers and try and persuade the media the title isn’t decided just yet

Cheeky coont 😂
Them lot very confident of victory tomorrow..... arrogant kaaants.
Think it’ll be a good game and if we make a quick start think we’ll give them a run. They are home and waaanking themselves because Leeds play to their strengthens (counter attack)..... imagine getting excited at the prospect of taking on a promoted championship team to counter attack at home.
Game could well be decided by which team defends set pieces the worst! Hard to see how there won't be goals tomorrow, hopefully we get the more
Think if they match our legs they will win if not who knows,
Anyone of a certain age from both sides knows this is the game,
Was there in 81 they kept opening pens to let us in, remember a young Terry Connor scoring at the stretford end, remember the current Man U manager sneaking a point in 2001 and we wont forget the cup game i made page 3 in the mirror the next day,
Is the biggest match of the weekend televised?
Shame fans can’t be there.
