I think Arteta has shown he can sort out our defensive issues and get us playing well in patches, but he doesn't know how to manage a squad so when we get injuries the replacements aren't ready to step in. And the striker situation has been horribly managed by both him and Edu. We've done well to get this close with the players we have. But the club HAD to get a striker in January, everyone could see it, and it's so baffling that knowing how much CL is worth in terms of money the club wasn't willing to invest to try and get there.

Hard to manage a squad when the players we have coming in would be rotation players for Watford

It's taken us over 80 minutes - to even BEGIN to look dangerous in front of goal - that's the process we trust in
