if the ref did that performance against united or pool he would be doing championships next

One bit of good news. At least Luiz can now fack off
Luiz should not have been sent off
How ironic that Runar will start against Villa on the weekend. The keeper we had vs the clown that replaced him
Thought that was just śhît luck today, without the first red we go on to win that game, we looked very good until then. Hope players don’t let this game get to them too much, have to forget it.
Runar is so shiete. Even needed instructions to kick the ball in the box.
Luiz shouldn't have been sent off, but as I said, it was him meandering out of position and losing the 1st ball which led to that whole situation. It was a braindead thing to do when we had 20 seconds until the referee blew for half-time.
What happened subsequently was the referee's fault, but Luiz shouldn't have been so careless in the first instance.

first defeat this season where we haven’t shamed ourselves. Well apart from the Liverpool loss
Anyone know what injury Ryan has?
Considering we were down to 9 men, I didn't think Wolves were particularly good. We 100% win that game if the red card doesn't happen. Oh well.

I understand what you are saying but I hate this analogy.
If for example VVD or Maguire were sent off for this, the discussion wouldn’t have been ‘how did he end up in that position’ or ‘well he’s done it before’. None of that matters because it was just the plain wrong decision from the ref, and on top of that VAR reviewed it and agreed with the decision. Probably for the same reason the ref gave red in the first place, because it was David Luiz.

Tbh, a half fit Ryan is better than Runarsson.
It was bad luck, but it's also true that Arteta has seen Arsenal have 9 players sent off, in the same time no other PL team has had more than 3. He should call it out in the media that refs never miss an opportunity to send an Arsenal player off. And he should not renew Luiz's contract, because as a football club we cannot afford these stupid red cards. That incident cost us three points. Five times this season we've lost the chance to win games because of sending offs. It's utterly unacceptable for a Sunday league team, let alone a premier league team. Some of that is the players, making stupid mistakes, but it's also referees always seeing the worst in our players. It's completely inconsistent.
Arteta's fault we have that many cards....yeah feels right
Arteta definitely needs to call the refs out here. There is no way Wenger or Ferguson would just sit there and accept that
Good performance but a lesson here to take our chances when we're on top. We all kinda knew something would turn sour eventually, perhaps not as bad as it did.
We move on
