Who would have thought that would have been our attack at the start of the season.

Some serious serious investment required even if don't get CL football

Eddie done well given how facking useless the rest of the teams is being in supporting him.

Can see his ceiling ain't going to be where we need it to be though.

Eddie has done well. with a god awful xhaka/eleney i am surprised we got in two attacks.

elneny always does this. he will play well for a couple of big games and the hype train starts about how great of a squad player he is to have. will get a new contract then go back to being the extremely limited player he is.

Elnenys had some decent moments of good play, playing the ball between the lines. Xhaka needs to go further up to provide another option

he is up. Just not getting near the newcastle players to help a press. so its only eddie and saka pressing and allowing newcastle to easily get out

So Partey, Tomiyasu and Tierney will all suffer long term injuries next season also.
