why does Martinelli take corners when he heads like that?

Especially when his corners are pretty average
This has been coming tbf. Refs have been giving opponents carte blanche to foul saka last few games.
Saka is definitely struggling
Players like Saka don't get much protection from the refs.

Arteta has probably facked over Saka there. Should’ve taken him off in the first insistence. What has playing for a further 10mins done but made it potentially a lot worse than it needed to be?
