Lack of depth has finally costed us, came back to bite our arris for sure.

Oh I appreciate that after the season you've had, will be a sore one if you don't win the title but I remember on here last season a level of unhappiness and now you've spent most of the season flying? You've a pretty young squad who will get better, throw in a few signings and things will surely improve moving forward

I think most people would have said if we didn't win it that our seasons success depends on the manner of the loss. If we'd played well but lost tough away games to Pool/City/Newcastle while City go on a mad run, then that's tough luck, we're just not quite at the level needed yet but we can build.

But to lose it like this with the two 2-2s and losing at home to first? Suggests we have the ability but not the mentality, which for me is a huge worry. Yes it's a young team, but stuff like this can really knock and shape a player.

T, fair point and I cannot imagine how it would/will feel of you lose it but the "young squad" will be more experienced and IF the board can throw a couple of experienced pro signings into the team I'd wager that next year you'll still compete?

Every season. They do this. Every April they bottle it and they hurt us fans. Only difference is this time is that we will hopefully get 4th spot. Same ole. Knocked out of cups by Feb/March cos we disrespect the cups and out of the top 4 will follow, as night follows day!
