Obviously very important win but I am just glad Brentford didn't get anything each team has their own style but to play that negative at home and this is not a promoted team I think is poor. You could see Arsenal weren't great and yet they didn't even try to lay a glove on us their only opportunities pretty much came from our mistakes.

Strange. Brentford weren't that negative. I thought there were very long passages where they were very competitive, pressed very well and passed it out from the back. This is only their 3rd home loss in the past 2 seasons (2 of the 3 were to us).

A win is a win is a win! However, this display today by Arsenal gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "winning ugly".

Arsenal today were totally flat with no energy, no imagination, no spark and, no leadership on the pitch or on the sideline.

Arsenal had every incentive to come out today and really shine, to really demonstrate that there are truly the #1 team in the PL. Right now they are #1, for the time being. However, this team with its ancient attack tactics of always passing the ball to the wingers and rarely looking for a quick pass through the middle of the opponent's defense will eventually be their downfall!
However, all that being said, the winning goal was very well executed.

BY the way Kia, Arsenal was playing Brentford today, not Burnley!
