Gary Neville when William Saliba got booked: “Definite yellow card.”
Gary Neville when Bentancur got booked: “Is that really a yellow card?”
----------------------------------------------------------------------
really?
You can definately see Martinelli's confidence is gone. All he was trying to do was get that shot on target and it turned out to be a nothing shoot. He just needs one to go in off his shin to get him going again.

Marti is a strong runner and we need him in the second half. The two who are giving the ball away too much for this formation are Jorginho and Trossard. The ball is not sticking with either and we are getting too many easy counters for Spurs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'd be tempted to drop Havertz back and take Jorgi off for Nwaneri and play in a more familiar style but it's a huge call to make
The Sky bias is embarrassing. Really trying to push that Timber non-foul as a red. Pathetic.

Said it at the start. 2 ex-spurs players and one arsenal who still hates arsenal for selling him.

Jesus will dither with the ball even more than Trossard, if in MF
They were trying to compare it to the Jones one where he went over the ball and studs up into the shin - Redknapp forgetting he was outraged by that decision though...
Sterling and Jesus to come on for Martinelli and Trossard probably after 60-70

Havertz back in MF?
Tbh, I think other than our CBs, Martinelli has been the best player and I have no idea why he's getting so much stick here. Our struggles are mostly from being unable to get a strong foothold in midfield.
We need Jack Wilshere type decisiveness on the subs.

Can't really argue with the Saliba booking.
That's the same kind of gamesmanship that got Declan Rice sent off.

Well he's getting stick for wasting our best opportunity and not squaring a simple ball and rightly so
Such a shame Calafiori is injured. He could have done a job in CM.
