Good half from us, could have scored more. Managing to dominate their midfield so far. Think Liverpool will continue to be dangerous from set plays, need to try avoid giving silly fouls away. Liverpool probably could go up a level, Salah has been pretty quiet so far, so we need to be alert. But if it’s more of the same from us in the second half I’d be confident of a win.

the subs will make a difference to the 2nd half - pool will use theirs to fix their weaknesses - feck knows what logic arteta will use

Best form of defence is attack

They'll be expecting us to sit back in the 2nd half. Go for it and take the game to them

this ref will be aware of that - i expect a straight red - rice doesn't have his socks pulled up

Wouldn’t be surprised if Liverpool bring on an extra midfielder early on.

I actually think we would have remained unbeaten for most of the season had the refs not applied special rules to our players. Willing to bet not a single player will get sent off for kicking the ball away again this season

Yeh he's taken a few sore ones but if I'm honest I'd probs do the same to him? Not in a nasty way but he causes so many problems for teams you can't let him have an easy ride, that goal he scored was superb, he's also causing them problems whenever he gets to face the defenders up

just realised the clocks changed - mine are finally showing the right time again

We can't go all defensive in the 2nd half or we will get punished

I just feel we are likely to do something stupid in the 2bd half which will lead to a pool goal

Partey been excellent ! Not easy to play out of position and perform
