Brentford are actually a better team than us
This team really needs some coaching. There are no secondary runs. We aren't playing balls into space. Not pressing in 2s or 3s.
Our striking options are awful.
Auba - Finished
Laca - Awful
Nketiah - Super awful
Balogun - Bang average and inexperienced
Martinelli - Overrated and injury prone
Our issues will not be resolved with a few new signings. It may improve things slightly, but a lot of our issues are to do with compactness, ability to move the ball quickly, build-up play and recovering without the ball.
These fundamental problems require good, quality coaching - as Brentford are showing this half. Completely outplayed us with inferior players.
Writing is on the wall for Arteta...
Arteta gone by mid September, no idea what this team is trying to do, nothing new really.
I know we’re missing lacazette and auba, but the general attacking play is fecking awful, totally dead. Zero improvement from last season. Very disappointing so far

Its very hard to blame the players when there is ZERO coaching going on.
Only Arsenal won't get a pen for that. Every other team would have that given.

Our decline has been epic.
It's just utterly depressing.
I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised. We’re not even good enough to qualify for the Europa Conference League. Brentford is probably our level under Arteta.
