I love Matip as a player, hes quality, Keita is a huge talent, love Origi for what hes contributed. But no shame in admitting the first two are almost pointless if theyre always injured, wasted squad space n wages for a start, if you cant even rely on them to be fit enough to be squad players its a big issue. And Origi isnt good enough to start for us.

I know we brought Jota in but hes injured straight away too now, but we are the same upfront as we are with vvd. one injury and we're relying on divock or unreliably fit ox/shaq to cover?

Its not just this season our bench looked unbelievably weak at times, with numerous kids on it. Been the case for a while now, we strengthened by adding jota n thiago this summer but we've had more injuries than ever this season so its barely noticeable, plus both have been injured themselves.

You think that Matip and Keita are important members of the squad. I think they’re unreliable members of our squad and so can’t be counted as important. I also think that we can’t afford (literally) to have 2 players, taking up valuable squad places, who are unavailable more often than they are available.
