Got to be happy with that. May still lose this, but much improved.

Very Good half.
Playing much more controlled and less gung ho.

But made the one vital pass!

Good half. Only time we are under the cosh is when we give the ball away and make it hard for ourselves,
Still think Bamford is a bit lazy, couple of occasions he could do a bit more,

Much better from them today. Matching a very good team so far. All about performance today, and so far we are hitting that.

Don't think Bamford has done anything wrong, and got an assist, so no criticisms from me.

Really happy with that half.

Would like to see less clearances out down the middle and think our play out of defence is a bit under pressure as we're slow doing it and Leicester are pressing high.

Love the fact that we're getting great shots on target, that puts Leicester under pressure, but Bamford is a little quiet (having said that he'll score now) and not sure what the alternative is.

Don't think we're missing Rodrigo at present, he hadn't really gotten into game, but would like to see Hernandez, maybe with 20 mins to go, but please, dont take Raphinia off for Poveda!

Both teams have had chances but Casper has been made to work harder than Meslier for sure.

If we could just thread that final ball through and stop them running a bus through midfield at times we can win this.

Very happy with that.

Could go either way still but the performance is much better.

How did Raphinha get blame for their goal on here btw?

Also I now understand the arguments about Bamford last season more. You don’t get to see what he does on the telly. Everyone thinking he’s been lazy. Not a chance he is. You just don’t get to see the full game on telly.

Anyone else think Souness would make a great councillor for depression?

Looking at their goal, Ayling has to do better! Take his booking there or if not put his body on the line an block the shot.

Good job he made up for it with the ball to Bamford for our goal.

I think Bamford has been good today, held the ball up more, set up the goal and effort from the corner.

Very encouraging stuff .. could still go either way. Wonder if Pablo might get 15 mins or so .. feels like his kind of game somehow?
Bamford's relentless jogging round, chasing down every ball that looks like it's a lost cause does help unsettle the opposition, I think, and that was a lovely pass for our goal. Much better than his last game where he rightly got subbed .. typical that he couldn't quite get his bonce on the end of that high, looping ball from Jack Harrison, though
Raph's been a bit quiet, but I like the way he's getting back to harras opposing attackers

Not blaming him for the goal but he should have attacked that ball from Cooper and not just waited for it to be intercepted. Ayling much more to blame as he had numerous chances to stop that goal.

I dont see much end result from Bamford's pressing tbh, never seems to win any possession from it.
