I would sell 7. Dier, Sanchez, Doherty, Winks, Moura, Davies and Sissoko.
swap Winks with Lamela and doubt Doherty will go.
be a shame to see Winks go but wouldnt be against it
we do need about 7 out and 5 in
All this "I would sell ...." is pissing in the wind rubbish.
The only question worth asking is.............
since.....
*the team is in free fall.
*the squad is not good enough
*the manager is out of ideas.
What is ENIC going to do?
The players arent great but the tactics are to blame. The defence were under pressure from the first 12 seconds of the game yesterday. We’re relying on near-perfection, as from the dozens of situations they face in or around our 18 yard box, one of them will eventually make a mistake that costs us. They actually mop up danger reasonably well most of the time, hence why we still haven’t conceded that many goals, but they cant possibly maintain a near-faultless performance when under this amount of pressure from the first kick of the game.

5 in is realistic but the problem as always is finding buyers for our deadwood and fees which are reasonable for baldy to accept.
I would sell Dele as well if Poch wants him badly.
We know our defenders as individuals have mistakes in them but they are given no favours by the manager if we are set up and instructed to defend and concede possession to the opponents. The more you try to attack the more it's going to relieve pressure on the defence. If we are stuck with 20-30 possession and parked in our box, bombarded with pressure, then any defence is going to eventually concede or make mistakes.

Always said it...dreadful footballer...don't think Maguire is much of an upgrade either (England wise)

England dont have any good CBs these days. Stones this season, thats about it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
yeah...got him in my FF team...who fackin knew...
Mourinho immediately singled out Dier as his main man when he came in, god knows why and it has proved to be another bad decision. One can only assume Dier is Mourinho`s love child.
I'm not sure how realistic it is for us to replace both Dier and Sanchez so think one will have to stay

Having watched this game carefully, I do not think our back four are "instructed to defend and concede possession to the opponents".
That is pure rubbish.
Truth is.... our back four are simply dismal without Reguilon and without a decent RB.
Davies was getting beaten time after time by Mason Mount and Hudson-Odoi. Cross after cross came in from the left. Jorginho and Kovacic locked up the middle and it seems NDombele could do little against them, and Hojbjerg played too far back trying to protect the weak back four.
God only knows what use Sissoko is these days.
But there was not instruction to surrender the ball....Chelsea players simply took it.
And as for mounting counter attacks, Son tried his best, but I saw little of this new boy, Vinicius.
All-in-all, I do not blame Mourinho for losing this game to a penalty that I think was not a penalty at all. Mariner thought Werner was tripped in his tangle with Dier, but truth is more like he fell over Dier's leg.

Perhaps you guys can explain WHAT is nonsense?
If you think the penalty was a penalty, get a tape of the game and look carefully at the interaction between Dier and Werner.
As for the back four being instructed to concede possession, give me evidence (time on tape at which such happens).
