Not for me anymore mate. Too many clangers and weak goals he lets in.

Changing the manager will not make the defenders any better. They got Poch the sack. You forgot LOLris. Flappy hands.

We need a right sided Reggy and two new center backs in the next window as a minimum.

I said get rid of Lloris mate

Lloris was absolutely tragic tonight though, agreed. The first goal was the worst, so bad, but thought he could’ve got down quicker for the second, and the 4th he was far too close to the near post

Yes just re read it. Apologies. Forgot about him after you mentioned the other culprits. Feck it mate. Get Man City out the way on Saturday then we don't play them again until the cup final and we have played Liverpool twice as well. Lots of winnable games and the ropey to play for. All is not lost. (Trying to stay positive).

I don't mind Lloris. Yeah he made some mistakes but a lot of top keepers have this season, and his have actually been minimal so far. Our w@nk defence and their own individual mistakes are not doing him any favours.

Aurier’s been decent this season. Get Rodolfo in at CB for the rest of the season with Toby alongside him and let him learn ready.

New manager and one quality CB and I think things would look a lot better.

Lloris has had a shiite couple of weeks but until then was excellent.

Aurier has actually been pretty good this season. Put Rodon next to a quality CB and a manager with tactics and things would look a lot better.

Lloris is one of the most overrated keepers the pl has had imo, a career and time at spurs riddled with mistakes and poor keeping. The first goal today was a joke

The first Everton goal goes straight through Hugo and thats an obvious mistake but its much more than that, I keep finding myself thinking should he not have done better with that? Evertons 4th and 5th goals are perfect examples as they are both from acute angels and he gets a hand to Richarlisons.

He just doesn't do quite well enough too often as well as the howlers.

2 x CB’s, 1x RB, 1 x CM needed

Lloris made 2 world class saves prior to his gaff, funny how people gloss over those and only focus on the mistake in the wake of a defeat. It could have been a whole lot worse if not for Hugo.

The problem is Lloris is facing too many shots, I bet his saves to shots ratio is up there with the best in the league.

Our problem is our error prone defence, most of us could see we needed a top class CB back in the summer, but we got a relative rookie instead.

We have unambitious owners, we will never achieve anything until they are replaced with somebody with real ambition. So don`t let our situation get you down, I accepted it long ago and very rarely get pist off when we lose these days.

Saves to shots ratio means nothing as you might have 10 shots that are like back passes but are on target.

He's been our keeper for a long time now and I'd like to see a new younger face in there for next season.

I agree with this. That's the unfortunate thing with keepers, people only pick up on the poor moments not the good ones. Unlike strikers who can miss sitters, if they score a goal then the opposite happens.

As far as being overrated goes I would say Lloris has been rated about right. I don't think he's ever fallen into the world class bracket, not in my opinion or most other people's. He would rightly be in the bracket below though.

You might have 10 rockets into the corner also, its the same for every keeper, they all face a variety of different shots, so when comparing keepers, a shots to saves ratio over the course of a season is a good guide.

Like my dear old mother always says lies, damn lies and statistics.

Regardless of how poor our defence is I think Hugo could of done better with 3 of Evertons 5 goals tonight and we would be in the last 8 if he had.

The kind of turn over you're talking about hurts a squad more than it helps

You shift one of Toby, Sanchez and Dier and also one of Doherty and Aurier and maybe you also shift Davies to make room for Sessegnon but that's it. Making 8 or 9 changes in defence alone is suicidal

You can’t get any lower than we are now defensively. Scrapping the lot of them will do the team a world of good.
