Davies - Bang average
Toby - Way past his best
Sanchez - Stealing a living
Dier - Bang average

Protection infront of the back 4:

Winks - My god, he is so bad
Sissoko - Bang average


Throw in Bergwijn (don't actually know what he does) and you've got a midtable team. We solely rely on Kane and Son to win games.

Also we have Jose, a serial winner who has brought nothing to the team.

I don't get excited waiting for our games to kick off. I dread most of them.

No manager could get that defense looking solid, it's a right mess. Levy needs to back Jose in the summer with new defensive signings or we're facked.

You seriously telling me Bergwijn is as good as ndombele ? Ndombele I could see talent and said this, but I hated his work rate. Bergwijn is just a bang average footballer with nothing to add in attack

Why did we bother with Vinicius and Bale. Wages could have been spent on a quality CB and RB

I don't rate Bergwijn at all. Started brightly, but has done Fack all since.

Bale - what a waste of money. I didn't want him two years ago, let alone now.

Vinicous, shows glimpses, probably one of those that will be better next season once settle. I doubt we'll keep him past the summer though.

You shift one of Toby, Sanchez and Dier and also one of Doherty and Aurier and maybe you also shift Davies to make room for Sessegnon but that's it. Making 8 or 9 changes in defence alone is suicidal

Getting the RIGHT signings - a new manager and a new CB to play alongside Rodon, for example - could be worth more than their weight cos they could bring out improvements in their teammates. It doesn't necessarily need 6 or 7 changes - just a couple of changes could do the trick, as long as they're the RIGHT changes.

Didn't Jose more or less say he was happy with the squad when he first came in and that he didn't need to change much? So much for his judgement.

Doovde, in particular it’s our awful defence, in which our brilliant attack can’t even dig us out of a grave because when we score 4, we concede 5. Just shambolic. We have 2 fantastic attackers in Son and Kane who continue to drag this team. Ndombele, Hojberg and Reguilon are our only other 3 players worth mentioning. The others are all a heap of s**. Lamela, I love his work rate and tenancy, but he’s far too inconsistent and injury prone. Bergwijn is the most pointless attacker we have. What the f** does he do? GLC the new sick note. Extremely disappointing signing. The less I say about Winks, Dier, Sanchez, Aurier, Davies etc, I think the better

Aurier been good this season tbh. hes a cut above the rest of the dross mentioned in that last line

How can Jose not know though? Any blind man could see our defence had problems before Jose even came in. Either Jose was trying to play down how good the squad was when he said it, or his judgement is crap. Remember though, this is the same manager who sold Salah and De Bruyne.

de bruyne and salah have only really flourished at their current clubs... salah was good in Italy but didn't set the world alight...

Excuse me Mr. Mourinho: "You are the current manager! You are not supposed to be "comfortable" about giving up 5 goals to Everton".

It’s the centre backs that need sorting more than anything, Reggie is good and Aurier has been good but we need to prioritise 2 centre backs in the summer to replace Toby, Sanchez and Dier.

Get rid of them 3 and have Tanganga and Rodon as back up.
