As a centre forward, Haaland and I don't think that's a difficult decision.

What about Mbappe or Sancho? Not even then would I choose the former.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep; based on what we need for balance and in diversity of abilities in the squad, suitability to our system, and suitability to the league, I’d go for Sancho too.

I would wipe out half of Dublin for a round followed by a few pints of Guinness

...

Have I ever mentioned my experience of playing cricket against the Guinness Brewery XI in London?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Elaborate
----------------------------------------------------------------------

In both changing rooms there was a mini conveyer belt machine with bottles of Guinness and Harp to which you could help yourself to as many as you liked.

Needless to say it was our most looked forward to fixture every year.

Rashford is better than both. People are quick to jump on the Mbappe hype after his goals the other night, but don't forget Marcus has dominated him twice. The Barca match was perfect for the Frenchman, Pique and Lenglet so slow against his pace.

Rashford would dominate against Pique and Lenglet too.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Unacceptable that we're 10 points behind city when we have a forward better than mbappe and haaland, don't you think?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's a team game and a long process. Ole needs time to complete the squad with 1 or 2 more.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
1 or 2 in which positions?

Culer and Wahl must be on the wum on this thread.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're thick as mince if you don't think Callum Hudson-Odoi is the best multidimensional attacker in the PL.

The ones that have chosen to slander and villify Callum (for whatever reason) during his recovery period from a terrible injury and still are to this day are brain-dead, no two ways about it
----------------------------------------------------------------------

All of JA606 must be thick as mince in your eyes then.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haaland and Mbappe lack the cognitive ability of Hudson-Odoi, that allows him to see things on the football pitch which aren’t obvious. Hudson Odoi has notable decision making, depth, variation and angles to his final third which is unmatched in world football, and sets him apart from the likes of haaland and mbappe. Watch Hudson Odoi play and see the measured excellence of every single on his passes, crosses, diagonals and switches of play: exquisite weight with either foot. Not many in world football can excite to such phenomenal level, technique, consistency and accuracy with both feet.

christ you don't half have a rashford shaped chip on your shoulder, every time his name comes up you're here to deride him.

for what it's worth, league and CL only, this season rashford has 13 goals from open play and 8 assists, mbappe has 16 goals and 9 assists.

oh, and walcott has 2 goals and 2 assists.

1 or 2 first team starters and then I think we need about 3 squad players. I am posting an article about it in the coming weeks/month after I have finished researching.

I don't know about the rest of the board but I can't wait for the upcoming article. Please hurry with your research so it can be peer reviewed by the esteemed members of JA606.

On current form, yeah.
But he's still provided more than Sterling, Gundogan, Watkins, Zaha, Ings, Barnes, Lacazette, Aubamayang, Madison, Mane, Firmino, Foden and probably loads others this season, but yeah, he's less effective than Walcott I guess.

I am more than aware that there is a growing demand for my articles and content. Whilst I am appreciative of such grand enthusiasm, I am also extremely busy with work and cannot always get online to post. I will create it (and future content) in time, I know this is not what people want to hear; if there's a person who doesn't want to come across as a 'big time Charlie' it's me, however there are other demands I must focus on from day to day. I hate letting my fans down but please be patient. It will not be on my content list for weeks. Content list will be posted below as per my other article.

This was posted on my last article after I saw lots of comments this week querying where I was. I assume most people haven't seen it so it may prove useful in terms of info:

Hi Guys,

A quick update for you all. I know people have been asking where i've been this week, but rest assured I am still here and have no intention of winding down on Ja606. It's just a really busy time of year for the business I work with and I haven't had time to get online this week until just now.

How am I, do you ask?? Well I am great and now fully recharged and focused on providing more super content on Ja606. To give people a breakdown, here's what I have planned this week:

Thursday: New Instagram Content*

Friday: Post Match United Review (work diary permitting)

Saturday: No content scheduled

Sunday: Post Match United Review

I hope that helps people understand where I am at.

FIND NEW INSTAGRAM CONTENT HERE: https://www.instagram.com/p/CLWOCXeF5ux/

*This was accidently uploaded early by my team two days ago but don't forget to follow and like!

Thanks once again to all of my fans,

Mr Culer

He has a 1 in 3 goal rate in the league this season. Mbappe has more like a 1.5 in 2.

Rashford has let his levels slip. Still too many times he frustrates when in the box or in on goal.

and in the CL rashford has a goal from open play every 83 minutes, mbappe one every 135 minutes. in the group stage, which is directly comparable, mbappe managed one goal from open play in 450 minutes.

anyway, i don't think anyone is claiming that rashford is at mbappe's level - and culer doesn't count - but comparisons with walcott just make you look somewhere between silly and a little obsessed.

I lived on it for two and a bit years whilst north of the border. Funnily enough the USA is still importing it as I see it in my local liquor store.

Haaland for me. A top striker can turn an avarage team into a good one.
Nobody knew better than SAF the value of a striker, he had four at the same time in 1999

posted on 18/2/21

Haaland for me if we could sign one, think a lot of teams would choose him too.

Mbappe is probably more talented, but his skillset and playing style imo is something more players have (just not as good), so there are other options and will always be more options of wide forwards in that category.

Haaland, you don’t come across proper strikers like that too often so for his age and rarity he’s like gold dust.

Although I accept your take, there are no other options that can come close to fulfilling what Mbappe would give any team. In terms of foals, I am not sure we are going to see anything like Messi and Ronaldo anytime soon, but if I was to bank on someone coming close is this guy.

It is also worth noting this club has failed to replace even Antonio Valencia

There are currently lots of players that post goal/assist stats similar to his, in the PL alone.

Until he moves on to close to Ronaldo/Messi levels I think my point of Haaland offering more of a difficult to find type of player for clubs stands.

I was thinking that the other day. Someone like Tony V even would make a difference to the current team.

18-19= 39 goals
19-20= 30 Goals
20-21= 21 goals currently.

Please can you tell me who these players are currently in prem?
