I'm chairman of the Ole in club but it does worry me how we make the bottom teams look like Bayern Munich quite regularly.

Our poor defence wouldn’t look so bad so often if our front 4/5 players could keep the ball between them for a few minutes at a time.

Is Ole fining the players for not playing out from the back? As ridiculous as that sounds - that's how they appear to be playing, as if they have to play out, but not that they want to play out. Everyone knows and expects this.
