I think he’s close to losing the dressing room.
PEH looks burnt out from overuse. Kane yesterday looked like he couldn’t be bothered; either carrying an injury or not playing for Jose. Ditto Son, and if he loses those two he’s finished. The body language of the team has looked very poor since the Liverpool game.
Forget what possession we had yesterday, west ham had a 2 goal lead and dropped back to defend it - is having the ball was inevitable. The fact is we played poorly for 55 minutes, conceded two cheap goals at key times in the game. The mentality is weak, the team is disorganised and poorly coached. Just because Bale came on and we pressed for an equaliser people are getting all excited when actually that is a bare minimum expectation, but Jose has lowered standards so much that fans think it’s a good thing, or they think it’s great when we concede 5 to Everton just because we scored 4 ourselves. It’s totally unacceptable.
It now 12 points from 13 games in the PL. That is a disgrace. We are in free fall in the league, top 4 is gone and top 6 is looking unlikely. Out of the FA Cup. About to play the best team in Europe in the LC final - we’ve already lost that game mentally, they made us look like a pub team last week so there’s no way our group will be going into that game thinking they can win, they don’t have the resilience.
We are NINE points behind West Ham.
There is literally nothing to be positive about, Jose has sucked all the joy out of supporting Tottenham and the sooner he’s gone the facking better so I sincerely hope the dressing room has turned on him, they’d be doing us a favour in the long term by using a bit of player power to oust him ASAP.

Having fans back in the stadium would soon see to Jose being sacked. I reckon it would be chaos to be honest. Genuinely think we'd see fans turning on eachother etc. It would be toxic and no chairman could allow that.

I find it incredible that Jose seems to have no ability to actually improve our defence. He also chops and changes it all the time. Our CBs play for Colombia, England, Wales and Belgium so he should have something to at least work with. The organisation is a problem and that comes down to coaching. Sorry. I also. Find it extremely worrying that we play badly and lose. But also play well and lose. I mean, I wouldnt say we played well yesterday apart from theast 30 mins. Thats not acceptable.
He has to be sacked.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I agree, he seemed to be getting it sorted around the time we won away at WBA and Burnley and at home against City and Arsenal (although the football was wretched) but now its worse than ever.
Being hard to beat is the ideology that he's based his career on but at the moment it certainly isn't working with us.

I think some will have it in their mind that things are rubbish right now, but we're still in with a chance of a trophy, so in losing that their belief in the manager and the team may go altogether.

The final is a one off game. City can be beaten, Jose has done it in two of the last three games against them. Also Europa League looks winnable, with some decent teams left, but no peak Barca or Real Madrid in the competition.

Yes I've noticed that.
It's not so much I want to keep Jose but I've kind of given him the benefit of the doubt after the attempts to change the style. If he'd stuck with that rigid defending and sit back and absorb the pressure style, then I wouldn't give him the time of day. Even though the results and the defending is still shocking we have tried playing a bit more positively. But you can only defend that for so long if we keep losing these matches. Another one against Burnley and that's it.
Jose can have no more excuses for what needs to be done - start Bale, quit changing the back line so much. Take the best possible CB pairing (one that doesn't involve Sanchez) and run with it until it breeds some stability.
Only positive is Gareth, which is what me and you have been saying all along Spurtle. I have been vocal in starting Bale all season. I knew he hadn’t suddenly lost his ability. Even a half Gareth Bale is better than Bergwijn. The issue is, we have a manager that refuses to play Bale in a front 3. He’s so s** scared of attacking.
Don, yep common sense told you that with time and matches Bale might start putting in the performances. That's all he needed. Some other Spurs fans were writing him off before he was ever properly given a chance.
Jose simply has to play him now. Funnily enough, despite the shiiite form and terrible defending I still have a bit of excitement left at the prospect of this version of Bale potentially starting alongside Kane and Son.

Donald, never ever say you want Spurs to lose. Nothing is going to change this season, personnel wise, so may as well just get behind the manager and the team. Still plenty to play for. Most clubs in the Prem, have zero to play for.

Don, mate, Bale wasn't ready and he was managed well.
Bale came to us with an injury and lack of match fitness, that was due to him not playing at a competitive level for at least year or two.
You saw in previous games when he would withdraw from a challenge.
He is getting back to himself now, so I totally expect him to be picked probably to come on - rather to start.

Final is not for a few weeks, their form could go out of the window, Spurs form could take a turn for the better. Football has a habit of changing very quickly. Spurs were well below their best when City won 3-0, so it works both ways.
As long as Dier plays at CB, every other club will have a very good and high chance of scoring. This is the undeniable fact that no one evenly remotely insane, can argue against.
Get him off the CB role.
And when we play City, who will have Gundogan playing for them, please don't play "He's dead" Sanchez. Embarassing enough that he wiped the pitch with his face in the league, don't want him to do it in the final too.

Here's Jose's back four for the City game....
Doherty, Sanchez ,Dier, Davies
Guess what the score will be!
Here's our best back four.....
Tanganga, Rodon, Alderwiereld, Reguilon.
Got to say I'm not wild about that either.

Donald, never ever say you want Spurs to lose. Nothing is going to change this season, personnel wise, so may as well just get behind the manager and the team. Still plenty to play for. Most clubs in the Prem, have zero to play for.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don, mate, Bale wasn't ready and he was managed well.
Bale came to us with an injury and lack of match fitness, that was due to him not playing at a competitive level for at least year or two.
You saw in previous games when he would withdraw from a challenge.
He is getting back to himself now, so I totally expect him to be picked probably to come on - rather to start.

The shiiit may really hit the fan if we lose the cup final, assuming Jose makes it that far.
I think some will have it in their mind that things are rubbish right now, but we're still in with a chance of a trophy, so in losing that their belief in the manager and the team may go altogether.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The final is a one off game. City can be beaten, Jose has done it in two of the last three games against them. Also Europa League looks winnable, with some decent teams left, but no peak Barca or Real Madrid in the competition.
A lot can happen in the last two or three months of a season. Time to judge the manager will be at the end, not a minute before.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Jose wasn't in relegation form when he won those cup finals though. Also we look like playing one of the most in form teams ever.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
City have been an inform team for a few years, didn`t stop Jose beating them before. They are certainly beatable if Spurs can get their strongest XI on the pitch. Wigan were like 20/1 to beat them in a final, and they did.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We beat them last season when they were well below their best and earlier this season before they established their excellent run. We then lost 3-0 to them recently while in this red hot form. See the difference?

We will leak goals either way
