It really does look like that he’s happy to collect his massive wages from Madrid and use Tottenham to held get him fit for the euros. Playing for Wales is his only priority football wise.

His article feels like a statement that he phrased poorly. He is in a position where spurs may not want him and where he'll have to go back to Madrid.

I don't think we should read too much into what he said.

If you do get filtered does that mean the person who filtered you can’t see anything you post or is it just a banning of being able to comment on their threads? I’ve often wondered as I’ve replied to Sandy in other threads, not about being filtered, and never had a response from him.

if he's filtered you he won't see anything you post. That said he definitely logs out/logs into other accounts to read comments anyway.

The press have made it a story but what he's meant is i'll be going back to Madrid for pre-season and then we will see what happens

I actually don't think its Joses fault for once
The Real Madrid owner Perez signed off on that ridiculous contract and something in Bale just gave up probably subconsciously.
He's not a self centred narcissist like CR7 which in the context of his life is a good thing but in football terms has proven to be detrimental.
A new progressive manager would probably struggle to get the best out of him as well so in a way Bale is right concentrate on the Euros for Wales as no club really wants or can afford him. All in all a strange situation.

I've heard some fans have felt insulted that he's used the club to get fit. Are they that naive to think that he feels Spurs is his true home or something? He left us already for a bigger club with more money, and has spent more time at Madrid than with us.

If he wants to go back to them that's fine. I think he's done ok with us and can still play an important role in the rest of the season. But obviously he was never going to be one for the future anyway.
