I think that United are waiting till the end of the season to confirm the new contract.
It's `so Real Madrid or Barca don't snap him up.
I think if we dont finish in the top 4 Ole will still have to answer difficult questions to the owners before this contract is signed.
He is achieving his targets. Simples.

I’m Ole in but I don’t think there is any rush with the new deal.
Like the OP said I don’t think he’ll go somewhere else.
He’s done a good job so far getting 3rd last season and looking like getting top 4 far more comfortably this time around however there are still some legit concerns from plenty of fans.
I wouldn’t get carried away with the no trophies stat yet as it’s only his 2nd full season and he’s got us to at least the quarter finals of every comp barring this seasons CL since he took over. He’s had no luck with draws either.
There is concerns over coaching and selection at times imo.
I just feel we could wait until the season ends or even see how next season starts before offering a new deal and pay rise.
