Hamilton won within the, albeit grey, rules, but thats fault of the race control, not Hamilton.

The whole situation is created by the stewards.
They denied going off track in quali at T4 but allowed it in the race, initially.
It was only when RB radioed Verstappen to say that Hamilton is going off at T4 that prompted the stewards to then clamp down on it. If before then they thought Ham was cheating he would have been flagged. He wasnt, its just that it was aired by RB and heard by the viewers and they then react. Poor stewardship!
Verstappen had to give the place back as he completed the overtake while off the track, a very different situation to simply leaving the track like most cars did repeatedly at turn 4 until the stewards stopped it.
As for the racer's personalities, they are just highly competitive and hate being beaten. You know what blokes get like behind the wheel of a normal car, well these are the best of the best and their competitiveness is off the scale..gaining an advantage is natural just like all footballers do constantly in a match, hating losing also natural. Does not make them nasty or unlikeable people and no one here really knows these people personally, but you're all happy to be highly judgemental

Sorry dude, you havent been judgemental , i was just commenting on the character assassinations performed by others earlier in the thread. The first bit of my comment was more in response to yours, re: going off track.
T'was a good race yesterday. Thought Max had Lewis there a couple of times but Lewis is just crazy composed.

That's what all this noise is about. People have been belittling Hamilton's achievements.
Once again, he showed he doesn't need the fastest car to win.
Max was stupid trying the overtake at turn 4. Should have done it on the start-finish straight.
A driver with the talent and experience of Hamilton is not going to let you go past on the outside at turn 4 at that stage of thr race.
