that is what has annoyed me. Keita was pants at it and in some ways who can blame him. Firmino could have done that role really well.

Keita is off which had to happen because he was an asset for the wrong team.

Mane has been booked. Take him off for Bobby.

Klopp needs.to give this team a rocket up the it arsenal.

Midfield has been woeful. Wij and Keita were absolutely embarrassing. Even Fab has really struggled.

We’ve got to go for it this second half nevertheless. Probably ends 3 or 4-0 but if we don’t get the away goal it’s over anyway.

Damn, I’d almost put out of my mind the regression we have gone though since winning the title. Real are not the team they were but they are more than good enough to show up the shortcomings of this team.

Just because I’m a half full kind of guy, if we can somehow get a grip in midfield and keep it away from our defensive third, there’s no need to panic yet. At the very least we need to keep but at 2-0, but hopefully we can get one back.

Won’t be a disaster if we do, but obviously if we don’t sort ourselves out then it could easily end up 4-0.

We cant play a high line with a slow defence against those quick players.

I was just saying. No way you're going to play another half with as many mistakes in this tie, and we only barely capitalised whilst actually creating next to nothing of our own. Plenty of time for you got to get back in it.

Been our season in a nutshell really. 1 step forward 2 steps back.

The players have been on international duty, away at Arsenal and now Madrid but still, I’ve not seen us this lethargic under Klopp in a long long time. Reminds of the game v Napoli 2018, just couldn’t do anything at all. Can only get better I guess.

Unbelievable but not surprising with this referee. Crapped himself as he would have had to send him off also.

That was shambolic refereeing for the Mane foul....

Clear foul but can’t say it wasn’t deserved. Fortunate with the penalty I thought too.
