Will be a hard sell to any decent manager. A team with no European football, a manager will want a lot of money to spend.
Out for me if we go out, would be an absolute shocking season.
Arsenal are in a limbo. PL landscape isn't the same anymore. Everton however managed to get Ancelotti, so there's hope someone good is out there
I wanted Arteta gone back in October. Had we sacked him back then, we wouldn't have been any worse than currently
Think any manager not at a big club would love the chance to resurrect a big club like Arsenal.

I'm worried for our clubs future. I want to give Arteta time as I don't think he's as bad as some make out and see potential. However I'm also worried if I am wrong and we end up out of Europe for years and become mid table regulars for a damaging amount of time
He has won 42% games in the league, knocked out by Olympiakos and Prague in Europe, breaking all sorts of the wrong records at home
He has to go of we lose next week

Academy grads like ESR and Saka won't stay around for much longer once they are ready for the big teams either. All for nothing
He aint going anywhere the board are more than happy with him they know to compete you have to spend big money he spends nothing, don't upset anyone,a nice little poodle.
Oh dear if there was one player who really needed a winning goal in an important game it was Pepe.
Well, I do not know what the future is for Arteta (but I don’t fancy his odds of staying) but I will state one thing: if the fans had been allowed in the stadium this season he would have gone a long time ago...

Yeah if we’re out of Europe next season and season after which wouldn’t be unrealistic looking at us now, you can definitely bet all of our promising players will be pushing to leave. Even if we go out this year a lot of them might seriously consider wanting to leave if offers came in. We really need to get back on track ASAP
Arsenal could attract a manager like Allegri, they choose not to.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, Allegri would love to come to a club with no European football, in need of a massive overhaul, and £60m to spend
The man who has only taken jobs with guaranteed titles in the last decade, who has taken a self imposed break from the game, would be jumping at the chance to take on a no-win job.
Our best chance of attracting a good manager is Rafa. If Arteta goes then it would probably be him wed realistically have a chance of getting

There’s been talk of him joining the likes of Shakhtar and Roma, I don’t think Arsenal would be out of the equation.
He won a title with Milan when they hadn’t won it in 7 years, hardly a guarantee. Aside from that he has only taken one other job, hardly enough to find a pattern
Sack him at the end of the season. This circus can't continue. If he'd showed me that he's learning from his previous errors, then I'd give him some leeway, but he's not. And these same errors are costing us matches every week.
Its just too easy to say we can't attract names so lets keep Arteta. There are plenty of very good managers who would join us in a heartbeat.
You don't keep a failing manager. Arteta still has a chance of winning the Europa. But if you go with the premise that he doesn't win it, why would you keep him? Seriously those want to keep him should give reasons for it other than we can't get anyone else. Because that is patently false.
At the moment Arsenal doesn't even have one 'household name' on the pitch. Who is choosing who?

I think the point is we have some good players and certainly shouldn't be in midtable. The current manager if you can call him that is not getting anywhere near enough out of them. A half decent manager would have this team competing at a higher level.
See I don’t know if it is different for younger fans, untouched by past glories. I would love a European trophy in my time but I’ve seen an unbeaten run, doubles, titles and some of the greatest players ever. So as long I get entertainment I’m ok and arsenal are such entertainment! Plus you want to stick with Arteta, it is like a rags to riches/ slumdog story with him. Another season or two and might click ha ha
it depends on what kind of manager we can attract. We should have gone for Rodgers with hindsight, he would've suited us. If we can get a top manager I'm up for replacing Arteta but if it's another punt or mid level manager like Emery I'd give Arteta until Christmas. We're not seeing any development or consistency in our game but I still think Arteta is working with a lot of players that he wants out of the club which is preventing him from putting his stamp on the team and getting us to play how he wants.
Although we still should've put the game to bed tonight. Even if we get through I can't see us winning the Europa. If Emery knocks us out that's gonna put massive pressure on Arteta.
I'm sure we can attract a better manager than a guy who really hasn't shown he's capable of being even an average coach

Surely the qualification of a future employment should be more than just better than the man you think is nowhere near good enough?
