I think on Ole's part, it was just a strange analogy with linguistics maybe being an issue. It's pretty clear that the implication is that Jose should be discouraging his players from play acting and Son should be ashamed of his antics.

I did have a wry smile when Ole had a pop at Son but failed to do the same for Rashford

At least Son went down holding his face which was caught by McT, Rashford hit the deck holding his face after a hand-off to his chest.
I will not condone any action like this. I actually think Son's looked quite painful ableit not worth staying down for so long. But lets not pretend that Son players feign injury and Utds don't/ Fernandes went down late on after 'contact' on his foot and it was the most feeble and delayed collapse to the ground you will likely see.
