Absolutely not! Since the start of the year we have kept a clean sheet against Chelsea who have scored 50 goals, Leicester who have scored 55, Leeds who have scored 49 and Villa who have scored 43. In the light of those results I’m damn sure we can keep a clean sheet against Sheffield who have only managed to score 17!
2-0 all day long Adama and Willian
Big win that for the barcodes
Think the bottom three is pretty much nailed down now. I was thinking those three have been predictable all season, but looking back Burnley were bottom until November.
Interesting to look back at the table at the end of November. Man City were 11th. And the effect of our injuries hadn’t kicked in at that point so we were 7th
Patricio
Saiss, Coady, Boly
Semedo, Dendoncker, Moutinho, Ait Nouri
Traore, Jose, Podence
Nice to see Lewis Richards on the bench. I ruly believe he could do a job at this level if called upon.
I'm a bit disappointed with that line up to be honest. I would prefer us to start building for next season and blood some of the youngsters in, rather than just carrying on the same until the end of the season.
I think when you look at the players coming through now, many of which are on the bench tonight, the club policy of buying for the future is starting to bear fruit and we may well next season be able to say we have a large squad of Premier League quality players

We obviously don't, as none of them get off the bench.
Still think this is a missed opportunity with vitinha... Neves out is the perfect chance to see what he can do
We already know what moutinho and donk offer as a pivot
Finally back in wifi service after a morning out in the woods and that line up makes me want to just go back out there.
Worst team in the league and we have just gone all steady eddy despite all the injuries, it tells me Nuno doesn't particularly trust any of the younger players who if not ready in free games now won't be ready for the rough and tumble four months from now.
I agree
Yes blades will be up for it but still a free hit for us
Not quite home yet. Keep me updated ta
I'm under some pressure to switch over to iplayer and re runs of line of duty. It happened last night during the Everton game, "turn this sh!t off" said the Evertonian.
Was glad the game was delayed as I wasn't getting up early for it but the line up has left me thoroughly deflated.
Should still win but nothing in that line up to get excited about is there.
Is that a work experience ref?
