So, which English Clubs are in this proposed new Super League?

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Man Utd Arsenal Chelsea Liverpool Spurs and West Brom
Burnley still far from safe. They have an away game at Fulham early in May which could be a six pointer. Saving grace for them, if they need it, is they are at home to Sheff Utd on the last day

I think it's a wonderful idea. Once the 'big 6' have been thrown out of the Prem, banned from all other European competition the new 'big 6' will emerge and fight for Champions League and Europa League places.
Wolves
Leicester
Everton
West Ham
Leeds
Villa
The six vacant places in The Premier League will give a chance for some other 'big clubs' to get back to the top tier where they belong Forest, Wednesday, Coventry, Blues, Derby, Blackburn are all top tier clubs that just need the kind of investment that we have been lucky enough to get.
Agree Gem, couldn't give a stuff if they are involved or not

That’s a great way of looking at it!
For now i am sure it is all just posturing to squeeze out more cash but a euro league in some form is inevitable eventually. We should defo call their bluff and see if they really jump. They won't, yet.
Your description is a complete fallacy gem.
If you want to be in a league where we compete with Forest, Wednesday, Coventry and Derby there’s a very simple way to achieve that. Get relegated to the championship.
And this proposal will in effect impose relegation on every club not in the super league. Do you think sky and bt will pay anywhere near as much money to cover a second rate Premier League when a fortune would need to be paid to cover the super league
And there will be no access to this super league to any other club. There won’t be any relegation. These clubs are looking to make themselves protected in the richest league in the world forever.
The Big Crunch will be who blinks first. The clubs won’t join this league unless they can also remain in the domestic leagues. And will the domestic leagues really let them go when it means devaluing the domestic leagues forever if they do
I think you would be surprised. Seems to be this belief that the big clubs are the be all and end all but loads of fans I know from many clubs have enjoyed the championship just as much as they have ever enjoyed the prem.
In the end these clubs will get the best of both worlds anyway, a super league place and to continue in the domestic league. The big loser will be the champions league eventually.
There's a massive backlash against the clubs from fans on Twitter right now. You'd think they'd take notice, but then Sky announce the rewards the clubs are expecting...

That's just Sky reporting the news. It is the Super League organisers that are providing that finance. It is rumoured to be debt financed by JP Morgan.
Now they have made the announcement, it is up to UEFA, FIFA and the FA to following through on their threats.
Expel them from their competitions, take away all prize money, ban players competing in the Super League from their competitions and send them out into the wilderness.

Mourinho sacked after allegedly refusing to take training this morning over Spurs links with the "super" league.
Probably opportunistic posturing from Mourinho, the writings been on the wall for him for a while now, the fans cant stand him and the idea of Spurs being in this super league set up is pretty ridiculous. This way he appears to get out with his dignity intact.
Nuno favourite with the bookies to be the next Spurs manager
I think it'll be the RB Liepzig manager
The RB Liepzig manager is likely to be Bayern boss next season when Flick takes the German national team job. He would be stupid to take the Spurs job.
we'll see, Allegri could be a good shout
