People are reacting like we are the only club who have ever sold their best player. It happens all the time to much bigger clubs. United sold Ronaldo who wanted to leave. Arsenal sold Van Persie and Fabregas who wanted to leave. It happens. We have to deal with it. Players leave, they get crocked, they retire. Stop acting like this is the first time it’s ever happened
Oh and I forgot Henry who also wanted to leave

Sandy, I think you are very naive mate if you think Spurs will come out stronger with Kane going. Another rival being strengthened. Footy is a lot different from the Greaves days mate where there wasn’t super power clubs like there is now. It’s now a lot harder to break into that category and be challenging honours. Selling a player like Kane sets us back 10 years. It’s not just Harry, but the fall out from it. Who the hell will want to manage a club that’s selling their prized asset ? I think you Spurs fans are going to be in for a huge shock if we sell him in thinking this club can move forward because we really won’t. It’s going to be a huge loss.

Liverpool owners bought players to compete mate. They spent 200 mil on the likes of Allison and VVD, which made them strong enough to win the title. Spurs don’t act like that in the market. We don’t buy quality like this.
Whether we sell Kane or not, Or spend 200m or not, we will still win nothing and finish between 4th and 7th. It’s our natural habitat
The main problem with Kane going is that I don’t trust that the money would be reinvested properly. We would just buy loads of dross. Over the last five years what has our successful transfer to total transfer ratio been? Feels like about 33%
If you are a true supporter, it’s right to get annoyed and worried about losing a player like Kane, however to say you will find it hard to follow the club is the wrong attitude. Hopefully you don’t mean it, I have been a supporter since October 1958 and seen some great times and also some really desperate an awful times, yet here I am still supporting my boyhood club and will do so until I pass on to another world,

I have been sick of the owners for years, I can see what they really are. They mug the fans off, yet some fans can not see it, they continue to w4nk off Levy etc like he is some kind of hero. Levy is a man who has no ambition to win silverware at the expense of profit, he is a man who tried to sell the clubs soul for financial gain and the man who furloughed his staff. This is a man who values the balance sheet over everything else and the man who sells his players a dream without having any actual intention of fulfilling it.

Yeh I mentioned that to Sandy Ace. Liverpool is a complete different story as they invested massively in quality like Alison and VVD. They rectified their weaknesses. Spurs never adopt this way of thinking and I wouldn’t trust them one bit with any Harry Kane money. It would be a bunch of s** young french wingers and a couple of nobodies that we inevitably end up trying to get rid of 2 years down the line. Sick of it. Our recruitment is utter dog s**.

Absolutely Genius. The modern fans do seem to throw their toys out of the Pram at the slightest setback. Could you imagine this board the season Spurs were relegated in the 1970s. Players come and go, managers come and go. But the club still remains.

The club does remain but don’t expect Spurs to be competing for European places if Kane is sold mate. You are in cloud cuckoo Land if you think we come out of this smelling like roses by selling Harry. This will set us back 10 years I’m telling you.
