i think it would be nice if this happened cause then some clubs may improve and therefore we'd have a closer league. however i think some players wouldnt reach their full potential. could you really see ramsey and walcott as good as they are now if they stayed with southampton and cardiff till lets say 18 or even 21. too early to talk about chamberlain
