Can't agree. If we lose the tax case, then its admin. If we cash in on Jelavic we lose the 7m. If we keep him and go into admin he's a super creditor so his contract is safe. Makes sense to cash in next summer.

Also doesn't make sense for a player to move 6 months before a major tournament and risk losing his place.

If he does go though it'll give me confidence that a deal will be done with HMRC or that we wont be guilty.

As it makes no sense financially to sell him now if we're going to go into admin after the tax case.
