Tbh I'd probably be more likely than anyone else to give myself a loss in an effort to look unbiased. Can't afford that.

The club cannot sign any Academy player who has been registered with another Premier League or EFL club in the preceding 18 months.
The club’s also been fined £500,000 following an investigation.
The inquiry was launched after the Premier League received evidence that Everton academy staff offered inducements to a player and his family to encourage him to sign for the club.
