Yeah De Gea has always struggled with crosses though even in La Liga. From what I've heard Courtois was too first half but apparently did a lot of work on them at Cobham when he came back over Christmas and has been catching everything this year so Chelsea have targeted that area to get him up to scratch. He won't be in the PL for another 2-3 years at Chelsea anyway.

Yeah with his knee. Might be why no ones made an offer for him when his buyout clause is so low

Well there's a lot of debate about that as the FA have said his punishment is nothing to do with them it's for the courts to decide. So having said that they surely now can't ban him.

However I'd imagine they would because they like changing their rules to suit themselves.

Personally Id have had said he should get 8 games if guilty although I think both circumstances are very harsh. Suarez has supposedly said something that isn't actually racist and tbh what JT said isn't really racist either people say that to each other all the time. But yes it should have been the same punishment but don't see how they can possibly do that after what they said about it being the courts that decided his punishment

I don't really see that as racially offensive personally and I think there were others on here who shared the same thoughts. There are some awful things you can say racially but for me that isn't one of them.

I think people take the whole thing way to far and build it up to be worse than it is. Yes it's awful and shouldn't exist especially if football. But small things like calling someone black? If he'd have used the N word or gone on and on then yes but I just don't find it that offensive.

It's like calling someone a French c*nt or a Dutch c*nt which happens all the time in football
