Both AVB and Sir Alex seemed unhappy with the draw, didn't seem the game checking goal.com to see how players did. Don't normally trust their ratings but makes sense that Evans would be one of the highest rated defenders

Would say Chelseas best players today were Mata Essien and Ivanovic. Thought all were really good, Essien played the full game too. Cahill had a solid debut, Luiz scored and defended well until the last 8 mins should have done better. Torres was good until he had a chance to score he needs some luck to get his confidence back, worked hard though. Cech solid made some good saves no chance with united goals. Bosingwa was so good Valencia had to swap wings lol
