Assuming Savio might replace him. But leaves City short up top

As I said before I think it's a good move. He becomes the first choice striker which he couldn't be at City with Haaland around, Atletico are ahead of Barcelona so basically the main challengers to Real for the title, Champions League, and I think he just wanted to be back in a Spanish speaking country.

I think Savio is a better wide option than Alvarez anyway, Alvarez isn't a natural wide man. But definitely worth City investing in a backup to Haaland.

I get the move, especially with the Argentinian connection with Simeone, although it still baffles me why any young striker would want to play in that system at Atletico!

I think Barca will be better, especially now they’ve got the new David Villa aka Pau Victor but Real should walk that league at a canter
