i didnt say wed compete for the league this season at any stage whatsoever jet. i said we wouldnt win anything this year but we are in 2 finals so yes embarrasing season i agree completley.

personally i think its more embarassing having to use the same old excuse of not spending any money because you cant win trophies and your players are leaving very quickly now. thats more embarassing imo

i can handle a season or two with no cl its no problem, said at the start of the year we needed to change the team from now, top 4 was something we might have to lose to do that.

Being in the Champions League final is a bigger achievment than top 4 for me. What are fans going to remember, mind that time we came 4th or mind that time we went to Munich for the CL final? Easy one.

didnt say it was a disgrace, they played Arsenal before newcastle and chelsea i think so was only at the start of that run. But Arsenal should be easily beating Wigan, losing was an embrassament.

would hardly say its doing a liverpool either! If it wasnt for AVB trying to change the way chelsea played completley in such a short time we wouldnt be in this position, the way we are playing recently wed probably be above arsenal tbh its two losses in 16 games!
