Hull City boss Fan Gilhaus has sensationally removed himself for the race to sign Belgian Lukaku - He has turned his attentions to young Chilean starlet Diego Rubio after a glowing report from his captain Arturo Vidal. At £28m however he has broke the transfer record paid by Hull City, previously for Vidal at £24m.
Yes it is a risk but so is Lukaku, and with so many teams after him we felt it onlt sensible to look for another target. He came highly recomended by Arturo so we sent a few scouts to see him. He has a great eye for goal and with 8 goals in 7 games for SPorting we felt only right to go after him..
and with this purchase Luc Castaignos returns to Birmingham unfortunately his loan is cancelled
