No I agree about United/Chelsea/City said the other day I would expect them to be the top 3. But after that I don't see anything between Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs.
Good keeper yes, but good enough for a club challenging for the title, I wouldn't agree.

gervinho is a very good signing for arsenal, oxlade chamberlain, capmbell unlikely to have much effect this year. Miyaichi looks good but think hell need a year to adapt to the physical demands.
Whatever your keepers name is
sagna Djourou/Kos Vermealen Gibbs/Traore
Song
Wilshere Ramsey
Walcott RVP Gervinho
and the back up, not sure thats strong enough to compete with teams who can field
de gea
rafael ferdiand vidic evra
fletcher carrick
valencia rooney nani
hernandez
hart
richards kompany lescott clichy
de jong
yaya barry
Balotelli Aguero Silva
cech
ivanovic Luiz Terry Cole
Mikel/Oriol/Essien
ramires Lampard
sturridge torres/drogba malouda
not yet anyway
You can't compare winning promotion in League One with Southampton, to competiting week in week out for a title in the toughest league in the world
Most of the players such as Ramsey, Chamberlain, Campbell, Gibbs, etc have no experience of the pressure that goes along with that. If they lose a game young players are more likely to go into a slump. More likely to be inconsistent etc.
Wheres the experienced heads that you need in such a title race?

your back up are mostly young players though with not much experience.
man citys back up is very big and chelseas is a lot better than it was last year with 2 or 3 players still likely to come in, especially our back upfront thats really quite amazing lol
i dont think you will be far off them though as long as you dont get injuries to say rvp and vermealen.
Obviously theres still time for Arsene to bring in players, but if he doesn't I can't see Arsenal competing.
Think if you can keep RvP fit though you'll be in with a chance, got a few pound on him being top scorer.

the only weakness in your 11 apart from that one really experienced head in terms of winning things is LB. gibbs cant defend and traore wasnt great a season or two ago and hardly played for juventus but apart from that i think arsenal will do better than most people expect.
probably
man utd =
chelsea better
man city =
arsenal better
spurs =
liverpool worse if you count mark 'not very' bright lol

Personally think Gibbs is a better player than Clichy from what I've seen.
Always saw Clichy as a weakness for Arsenal, can't see him getting a game ahead of Kolarov for City.
they are both as bad as each other defensivly. I personally see gibbs more as a LM definitly cant see him replacing Cole for england. At the moment id feel a lot more confident with Bertrand, played a lot more games and can defend, seems to be prefered at under 21 level too even when gibbs is available
Preferred at under 21 level because Gibbs is usually with the full England squad when he's fit....

not really hes been in the england squad once or twice in the last year its usually cole and baines.
bertrand is a lot better defensivly anyway, at the top level you need to be able to defend, something gibbs has a lot of work to do on
seriously he died walking out of the stadium
Thats almost as bad as the japanese player who told his manager he needed a rest, he had to continue training and collapsed dead during the session
Can't agree Gibbs is still strong defensivley. Expect him to have a top season this year. Theres a reason he's been capped twice already while Bertrand hasn't.

because bertrand has only played in the championship, but he is definitly a better defender.
i dont think either will take over from cole anyway
Bertrand has only played in the Championship, because he's not as good as Gibbs
well id disagree with that, there are 5 premier clubs who have tried to sign him this summer but chelsea have said no to all of them. Hes played in the championship to play regularly, gibbs has made 24 league apps in his career, bertrand has over 100 including a few for chelsea
theres a reason why he has just been given a 4 year contract extension at chelsea too
