I'm counting wages that they've paid for him that would cover the cost of him as I hvw with Shevchenko. Overall Adebayor will cost 71m
City paid wages while he was at Madrid and probably will at spurs because they are so high

The fact remains that he hasnt given us a valid reason for why he is leaving Arsenal and for that reason we can only come to the conclusion it is to do with money. City may have a better chance of winning a trophy however if he truly wanted to go to a team who wins trophies then he'd have gone to Manchester United
