but if you were aloud only under 21s and when regestered there they werent aloud to play in competitive 1st team games in the season it whould be fair the better teams could afford the yes but the better players whould be in the first team and the better managers whould be able to spot talent and lob them into the acadamy for a season or two before using them in the first team making it actually more fair
I'll see what I can come up with but it won't be more likely you could only buy players from other academies not players who are first team and probably under 18
